    Premium IV Therapy

    NAD+ Therapy in Sandy Springs

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every living cell, essential to energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cellular communication. Levels decline naturally with age, chronic stress, poor sleep, illness, and substance use. IV delivery may provide NAD+ at concentrations not achievable through oral supplements.

    • May support mitochondrial energy production, the cellular engine behind physical and mental stamina
    • Associated with improved cognitive clarity, focus, and working memory in clinical observations
    • Supports sirtuin activation, proteins involved in healthy aging and DNA repair processes
    • May help reduce systemic inflammation and support recovery from physical or psychological stress
    • Has been used in structured recovery support programs for addiction and dependency

Ideal For Sandy Springs Clients Who Are

    • High-performers experiencing mental fatigue or burnout
    • Adults over 40 focused on healthy aging and longevity
    • Athletes seeking deeper cellular recovery
    • Individuals with persistent brain fog or cognitive decline
    • Those in structured addiction recovery programs
    • Clients seeking NAD+ as part of a functional medicine plan

Session length: NAD+ infusions are administered slowly, typically 2–4 hours . This is expected and necessary for comfort and efficacy. Your RN stays with you throughout at your Sandy Springs location.

    Why Rooted Health

Not a Drip Bar. A Medical Team.

Any business can offer IV drips. Very few can offer what Rooted Health delivers to your Sandy Springs home, clinical expertise, prescription capability, and a root-cause philosophy.

    What We Help With

What Can IV Therapy Help With?

From post-workout recovery to chronic fatigue, Sandy Springs clients book Rooted Health mobile IV therapy for a wide range of wellness needs.

    • Dehydration & Fatigue

IV saline delivers fluid directly into the bloodstream, restoring hydration 3–4x faster than drinking water. Ideal for Sandy Springs's hot Georgia summers when sweat loss is high.
    • Hangover & Alcohol Recovery

Alcohol depletes B vitamins and glutathione while causing significant dehydration. IV hangover recovery addresses all three simultaneously, often with noticeable results within 30–60 minutes
    • Stomach Flu & Viral Illness

When GI illness prevents you from keeping fluids down, IV therapy bypasses the digestive system entirely. Your RN comes to you, no sitting in an urgent care waiting room while already ill.
    • Migraine & Chronic Headaches

Magnesium sulfate IV has been associated with migraine relief in clinical literature. Combined with rehydration and optional prescription support, our migraine drip addresses multiple contributing factors.
    • Athletic Performance & Recovery

Sandy Springs has a vibrant, health-conscious community, with residents and visitors enjoying outdoor spaces like Morgan Falls Overlook Park, trails along the Sandy Springs, and events at City Springs. Our Athletic Performance drip supports pre-event priming and post-event muscle recovery
    • Immune Support & Illness Prevention

High-dose Vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione via IV deliver antioxidant support at concentrations not achievable through oral supplements, useful before travel, during high-stress periods, or at first sign of illness.
    • Weight Loss Support & Metabolism

IV nutrients like L-Carnitine and B-12 may support metabolic function during a weight loss program. Rooted Health can also connect your IV therapy to our functional medicine and nutritional coaching services.
    • Healthy Aging & Cellular Health (NAD+)

NAD+ IV therapy may support cellular energy, DNA repair, and cognitive function, areas directly associated with healthy aging. Available as a premium mobile drip delivered to your Sandy Springs home.

    Your Care Team

Who's Coming to Your Sandy Springs Home

Not a stranger with a needle, a board-certified, credentialed medical team with a decade-plus of clinical experience.

    Livia Kell, MSN, FNP-C

Livia O. Kell, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Founder of Rooted Health Integrative Medicine. She graduated with high honors from South University in Savannah, Georgia.

With a strong focus on integrative and functional medicine, Livia completed a postgraduate program in Nutritional Adequacy and Maintenance of Homeostasis — Prevention and Treatment of Age-Related Diseases at UNINGÁ (Brazil) through the Dr. Lair Ribeiro Program. Livia is certified in Ozone Therapy and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ozonotherapy (AAOT). She is also currently pursuing advanced education through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).

Her path into functional medicine was shaped by both academic training and diverse clinical experiences. While in remote Alaska, Livia cared for Native populations with high rates of renal and metabolic disease, gaining deep insight into how chronic illness develops and the influence environment, genetics, lifestyle, and social determinants has on individual health. Later, her time in the Brazilian Amazon with Ribeirinho communities revealed a striking paradox: despite very limited access to healthcare, many individuals demonstrated strong health, resilience, and notable longevity, supported by deep-rooted community ties. Driven by a passion for delivering deeper, root-cause focused care, Livia founded Rooted Health Integrative Medicine in 2025.  Here Livia integrates Western evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative strategies to restore physiologic balance, optimize health, and empower patients toward long-term vitality and resilience.

She provides clinical care across the lifespan including pediatric and adolescent metabolic health. She has contributed to the care of patients with cardiometabolic conditions, including metabolic-related cardiomyopathy, in collaboration with Children’s Cardiovascular Medicine.

Livia also delivers concierge, home-based care throughout Atlanta, emphasizing personalized, science-based, patient-centered preventive medicine to optimize health and promote longevity.

Mackenzie contributes a practical approach to optimal wellness with her clinical knowledge and a passion for holistic care.

Frustrated by the fast-paced, insurance-driven, revolving door of traditional allopathic medicine, Mackenzie sought a better way, co-founding Rooted Health Integrative Medicine to offer personalized, “root-cause focused” functional medicine with an integrative method for the whole person, mind and body.

At Rooted Health, Mackenzie is excited to help Livia, in collaboration with Dr. Ohagwu, to offer individualized care plans that prioritize natural healing, lifestyle optimization, and minimal reliance on pharmaceuticals.
